Etincelle 2024, Domaine Coursodon Sparkling Raventós i Blanc is runDelicious, waxy, textural but surprisingly racy and fresh Marsanne and Viognier blend from ace in the pack Saint Joseph producer. This is labelled as a Vin de France but it's a serious wine, very gastronomic and will age well too if you can resist.
